Who benefits from this fundraiser?

Ribbons of Hope is a charitable organization comprised of volunteers in Carbon County who have been touched by someone diagnosed by cancer. The annual fun run is held to raise funds to benefit Carbon County residents who are battling cancer. The funds may be used by the patient for things such as travel expenses or other expenses related to their cancer treatments.   

History of Our Event

This is our 8th year hosting an Annual Fun Run/Walk fundraiser. Our 2022 Turkey Trot was the first year back after the global pandemic kept us from hosting a major fundraiser in 2020 and 2021. The Turkey Trot was a HUGE success with registrations for our in-person event and also the option to go virtual and participate from wherever you celebrate the holiday. With the recent number of requests for funding, we are anxious to host our annual event so that we can continue to support those battling cancer. We have been fortunate enough to continue efforts despite the impact from the Global Pandemic and are coming back stronger than ever with the support from our generous sponsors and supporters.
